Cauliflower Pizza

Delicious alternative to pizza!

Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 head of cauliflower
1 egg
3/4 cup of mozzarella
Dash of pepper
Dash of minced garlic

Toppings:
Whatever you prefer but I used pizza sauce, mushrooms, mozzarella and turkey pepperonis

Grade the cauliflower in a bowl and then microwave for 8 minutes.
Mix one egg, mozzarella and spices in the cauliflower.
Once that is mixed, lay it out on your baking sheet. Spread it out with a spoon to about 12 inches.
I then baked it by itself for about 8 minutes on 400 degrees.
Then I added the sauce, mushrooms, cheese and pepperonis to it and baked for another 5.
Then I broiled it for 3-4 minutes, watching it carefully.

Ta da! This is what you come up with.
